YOUR BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT

   
 Dear Grace International Ministers,

"Less Gifts…More Giving” is Grace International’s campaign to raise one million dollars for International Ministries (through a Christmas offering, faith promises, and continuing your previous support). Our purpose is to help all of our international ministers to fulfill their calling and fund projects that are on their hearts. You can help feed hungry children, plant churches, support pastors, build buildings, and fund other important projects around the world.

Here are the five steps that we suggest you follow to insure we have a successful campaign:

  1. Pray that the Lord would bless this campaign and help us to celebrate Christmas as Jesus would want us to celebrate.
  2. If you are a senior pastor, encourage every member of your congregation to give his/her best gift to Jesus during the upcoming Christmas season. Please use the resources that we have provided to each the congregation to celebrate Christmas in a manner that is pleasing to Jesus and not follow the example of a materialistic society. If you are not a senior pastor, please participate in the campaign personally and assist your senior pastor if you are in a Grace International church.
  3. Senior pastors, please take up a special offering the Sunday before Christmas (December 18th) in which your people can give their “Best Christmas gift to Jesus”. Please send a check for your special offering to the National Office and mark it “Best Christmas gift to Jesus”. When you mail your check, please feel free to designate your offering as to which missionary(s) should receive it. Use the 2012 Project and Support List to make any designations. If you choose not to designate, the International Ministries Board will designate your gift to fund unmet needs. All Grace International ministers are strongly encouraged to make a Christmas offering and faith promise.
  4. Senior pastors, please ask every member of your church to make a written faith promise as to how much he/she will give every week/month to support the missionaries that you will be supporting from your local church. (Again, we have attached a Project and Support List for your use.)
  5. Make giving the best Christmas gift to Jesus a tradition of your congregation and in your life. After all, is not Christmas the day we celebrate our Lord’s birthday? Should we not give Him our best? Further, our gifts help us spread the gospel around the world!
